Jez Hansell

Jez is responsible for our involvement with our portfolio companies. He previously spent 6 years at Amazon creating and scaling 3 different, high-growth teams across Europe. COO at hiber in scale-up phase for c. 2 years (with Kilian) leading operations, pricing, strategic partnerships and regulatory affairs. Grew the team to c. 70 people. 5 years at Bain, with experience in PE deal advisory and post-acquisition strategy and implementation.

Half Devonian, Half Australian, Jez is married to Sweet Caroline with two boys Luke and Elliott who keep him busy. In any spare time, you'll find him listening to Acquired (and similar) podcasts while running the paths of rural Oxfordshire
